I provide medical services which are consistent with community standards of care. I conduct emergency care, routine medical care, preventive medicare and Health education to Patients. My routine assignments include • Prescribing medication to treat or cure illnesses • Create treatment plans • Update patients' medical information on charts • Give referrals when a treatment beyond their specialty is needed With my enhanced and extensive experience in clinical management of multiple complex Chronic co-morbidities.The work of a doctor is entirely different than working elsewhere. He/ She is responsible for the complete well being of patients -Both by Mind and Body. He is not there to merely prescribe medicine for cough and common cold. He has to take into account of all the factors / activities which may adversely affect the inmates body and behavior. His role contribution is very significant for the sound and peaceful working in any clinical setup. The main goal of my task is to Supervise, manage and control my patients decently, lawfully, safely and securely. I Conduct daily rounds, and documents patient’s status in the progress notes of the infirmary medical record.
